The McClucker 4.0 Chicken Tractor Chicken Coop is based on the tried and true A-frame design of movable chicken coops. It is ideally suited to those who would like to keep a few hens for fresh eggs while keeping the chickens out of the garden and protected from predators. Move it across your backyard for greener grass, or leave it in one place on your garden for an extended period so the chickens can eliminate weeds and insects while turning over the ground and fertilizing.

• Hooks in run for hanging self-feeder or self-waterer

The McClucker 4.0 Chicken Tractor Optional Extras:

Why do we have optional extras? Basically everyone has different plans on how they will use their chicken coop! Some people want a 'whole system' setup which minimizes their effort in getting all the bits like waterers and feeders together; others already have self-waterers or feeders that they want to keep using. Some people in rural areas with stoats may want to close their chickens up tight at night; others want to let droppings fall straight through to their raised bed gardens and aren't concerned about predators at all. Men will have no problem at all moving a chicken tractor just by lifting, while a lighter lady may appreciate pushing it along on wheels. Hopefully our menu system will get your chicken coop to you just the way you want it!

The McClucker 4.0 Chicken Tractor Materials:

The McClucker 4.0 Chicken Tractor frame and panelling is constructed of ColourPine, a pressure treated and colored timber specifically formulated for outdoor use. Screwed construction with zinc plated and/or galvanised fasteners is used throughout for secure and long-lasting use. Interior components are wood of various types.

Shipping and Delivery

The McClucker 4.0 Chicken Tractor is only available fully assembled and consequently we must deliver it in person if you are close enough to us, or else you will need to find an appropriate shipping company willing to take it on. Alternatively, you are always welcome to come collect the coop from us.
